The information contained in the case studies below are actual summaries of observations for a number of private water systems that we have evaluated over the past 25 plus years.

Before: Brown and Black Discolored Water - Testing Confirmed it was Manganese.

When you are evaluating a water quality issue, the questions that you should ask are as follows:

• 1 | What was the original quality of the water? This can be established with  Level 4 Lab-Certified Baseline Testing.

• 2 | What actions have occurred near or at the well or within the region that could have contributed to your water quality issue?

• 3 | What is the current quality of the water?

• 4 | What, if any, are the changes?
